Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://seniorcarekeylargo.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Oceanside Senior Care reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.
Service Description. This Site describes Companion Care, Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Respite Care, Personal Care provided by Oceanside Senior Care. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.
Use Restrictions. Prohibited activities include unlawful use, disruption of services, unauthorized access, automated scraping, malware transmission, and impersonation.
Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to Oceanside Senior Care and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Account Closure. Oceanside Senior Care reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.
As-Is Basis. https://seniorcarekeylargo.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Oceanside Senior Care makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation. In no event will Oceanside Senior Care's liability exceed amounts paid to it during the preceding twelve months. Indirect and consequential damages are excluded.
Hold Harmless. You will indemnify Oceanside Senior Care against losses arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
Law and Venue. FL law applies to these Terms. Any action arising from these Terms shall be filed in courts of competent jurisdiction in FL.
Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
